RARE Folk Art Tramp Art dresser c1900. This is the only Tramp Art dresser we have every hand in inventory. This unusual piece measures 21 inches to the top of its mirror,13 inches to the top of the dresser,12 inches wide and seven inches deep. Mint original condition. Notice the cigar box label in the bottom of the drawers.

American folk art painted game board. This period folk art game board measures 14 inches by 14 and one quarter inches by seven eighths of an inch thick, retains its original paint, and is in excellent condition. We found a Henry Gorham listed in a genealogy search. He was born in 1823 in Westminster, Vermont. On December 25, 1838, he was 15 years old. I would guess Henry was the owner of the game board and RR was the maker,

English Lignum Vitae Mortar and Pestle c1800. This early English "lignum Vitae" mortar and pestle has a tapering cylindrical with relief and incised rings. Height 8 inches and 6 and one half inches across. The pestle measures 11 inches long. They both were turned from a single piece of Lignum Vitae. Pieces made of Lignum Vitae made from single piece this large are rare. Both pieces are original to one another.
